Tasks

Analyze tender and coordinate with respective departments and network tenders (from overseas organizations and agents) for pricing and informative data
Gather information from various sources as well as preparation of company presentation in response to Request for Information (RFI)
Responsible for validating information and consolidation of pricing data for the Request for Proposal (RFP) submission
Maintain pricing database of transportation rates, logistics/distribution rates
Maintain tender data profiling and records, including the update of monthly bid log, and completed tenders, successful and unsuccessful bids
Support market intelligence on competitors’ pricing, capabilities, facilities, client base, products and services for competition analysis

Qualifications

University degree holder
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in pricing and RFQ, sales or customer service in Freight Forwarding industry
Familiar with worldwide markets
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and reporting skills
Mature, independent, self-motivated and well organized
Able to work under pressure
Fluent in spoken and written English, and a local language
Proficient in MS office applications, in particular strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas)
