Job description
- You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth supply of materials on time and in the right quantities
- You will be responsible for the planning of parts and materials, taking into account delivery times, requirements and cost-effectiveness
- You will also be responsible for the creation, maintenance and optimisation of planning schedules (IT-supported)
- The processing of delivery problems including complaint management, the coordination of delivery schedules and communication with suppliers will be part of your job
- You will control and optimise inventories and be responsible for avoiding overstocks and shortages.

Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training, e.g. as an electronics technician (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training in logistics, materials management or scheduling
- you have already gained professional experience in scheduling, production planning or materials management
- Furthermore, you have good knowledge of ERP systems and are confident in using MS Office
- You are characterised by your structured, independent, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
- Organisation, communication, resilience and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths
