Your tasks
Your future area of work as Team Leader Reception & Reservations consists of two areas:
Operational tasks:
Warmly welcoming and saying goodbye to our guests (check in and check out)
Looking after and advising our guests on site
Fulfilling and/or forwarding guest requests
Reservation management with advice for our guests by telephone, e-mail, etc.
Invoice control, cash management, preparation of arrivals and departures
Direct exchange with other departments
Training and further education of employees
Creating duty and vacation schedules
Creating forecasts and planning overnight stays, minimum stays and seasonal periods
Managing and maintaining the channel manager and booking portals
Developing and implementing marketing measures
Ensuring the flow of information within the reception team
First point of contact for complaints management at reception
We are looking for a Reception & Reservations Manager with previous experience in this area from 01.11.2025

"Sometimes I’m surprised myself at how grateful guests are that we take the time to ask exactly what they need,” says the 29-year-old reception and reservations manager with a remarkably warm smile. All the threads come together in her hands: She makes the plans for ten reception staff, evaluates figures for marketing and invites people to team meetings. At the front office, she checks guests in and out or looks for suitable hiking routes. In the office, Kathrin’s focus is on the room occupancy plan. And on the guests, of course. As soon as the phone rings, the Allgäu native searches for the right room at lightning speed. For over ten years (with interruptions for stays abroad), she has been inspiring people to stay at the nature resort. "Location, staff, rooms, pool… it’s simply fantastic here.
