Your contribution to guest happiness
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Accepting and processing reservations by phone/email in collaboration with the central reservations department
- You know the area like the back of your hand and know exactly when and where there is something to experience, including insider tips
- You make sure that your work area always looks its best
