The castus group is a leading global supplier of transfer systems for the sterile and fast loading and unloading of insulators and manufacturer of stopper and cap handling systems. Around 70 brilliant minds already work for us – and now we are looking for you – a real IT powerhouse – who will hit the ground running, contribute ideas and drive our IT forward.
This will make you grow:
- You will take responsibility for our entire IT infrastructure – from workstations to server rooms – and act as the point of contact for colleagues and external parties.
- You will administer and further develop our virtual server landscape and maintain Windows and Linux systems.
- You will set up workstations, networks and peripheral devices, maintain them and provide support.
- You will oversee user rights, group policies and security policies (e.g. Active Directory, M365).
- You will take care of data backup, backup strategies and IT security.
- You will work on IT projects such as migrations, automations and the digitalisation of internal processes.

You will support colleagues in first and second level support.You will document IT structures and strive to improve them continuously.
This will move us forward:
- You have completed training or a degree in IT or a comparable field and have relevant professional experience as an IT system administrator, IT specialist or similar.
- You have broad technical expertise (servers, clients, networks, virtualisation, IT security) and experience with Windows servers, Active Directory and Exchange/M365.
- You have basic knowledge of Linux, firewalls, VPN, backup and, if applicable, Docker/container technologies.
- You work in a process- and solution-oriented manner, as well as in a structured, reliable and highly proactive way.
- You have team spirit, enjoy communicating and have the will to get things done.
