Your profile:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektronik
- Berufserfahrung sowie erste Führungserfahrung
- Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet Montage und Elektronik
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills coupled with enjoyment in managing employees
- Driving license and car to reach the place of work
Your tasks:
- Fachliche Führung der Schichten
- Koordination der Verfügbarkeit von Material, Werkzeugen, Prüf- und Messmitteln
- ensuring quality
- Veranlassung von Störungsbeseitigung an Betriebsmitteln
- Contact person for employees, team leaders, etc.
