Job description
- You will be responsible for commercial order processing and complete dispatch processing for national and international deliveries, taking into account all deadlines
- In addition, you will be responsible for the preparation of all shipping and customs documents and independently coordinate the timely collection by the commissioned forwarding partners
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the complex processing of letters of credit and ensure that all necessary documents fully comply with international legal and contractual requirements

- Administrative support for the internal sales department is also one of your tasks, whereby you will maintain master data and handle general correspondence with customers
- You will also be responsible for the processing of letters of credit:
- As part of your role, you will support the optimisation of internal logistics processes and work closely with production to guarantee a smooth flow of goods
- Furthermore, you will support the preparation of export documents for third countries and always ensure compliance with current foreign trade regulations and country-specific regulations
- Finally, you will be responsible for communication with customs authorities and service providers to ensure efficient and legally compliant processing of all export transactions in global goods traffic
Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in processing export orders, ideally gained in a manufacturing company in the mechanical engineering industry or a manufacturing company
- You are characterised by your confident knowledge of the common MS Office products, whereby you are particularly confident in Excel and common ERP systems as well as shipping software
- You have a native level of written and spoken German and a very good command of English for daily communication with international customers:
- Furthermore, you bring a high degree of initiative and reliability, whereby your structured way of working always distinguishes you even in stressful phases
- Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and are committed to solving commercial challenges to ensure high customer satisfaction within the shipping process
