You will manage our kitchen team of around 4 people and organize all processes in the kitchen and service.
Your main task is the daily fresh preparation and serving of lunch and breakfast for approx. 100 – 120 people.
Every week you will design the menu: vegetarian, vegan and meat-based, primarily with certified organic food – we look forward to your creativity.
You are also responsible for purchasing goods and keeping an eye on budgets.
You will ensure that the goods are processed and stored properly and observe all relevant hygiene standards.
With a flair for the extraordinary, you will also be responsible for the culinary planning and implementation of company events.

You are a trained chef (f/m/d) and already have experience in managing a small team.
You approach your weekly menus with esprit – you want to try things out and we give you the freedom to do so.
Your team appreciates you for your calm overview, your reliability when time is critical and your team spirit as Chef de Cuisine.
You are highly organized and have exceptionally good time management skills.
You are happy to take on responsibility and show a willingness to shape a canteen that we perceive more as a restaurant.
We rely on your good German language skills to communicate with your team and the entire workforce.
