Organize unforgettable cycling, hiking and cultural tours throughout Europe with us!

Landpartie Radeln und Reisen GmbH has been a premium tour operator for eventful cycling, hiking and cultural tours in Germany, Europe and Canada for 44 years. Our tourism team is responsible for the preparation and implementation of our own events and advises our guests on our tours by telephone and e-mail. Your job offers varied work in a competent, highly motivated and collegial team. You will be involved in the entire service process. To strengthen our Tourism team, we are looking for a Customer Service and Product Management employee to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Preparation, organization and implementation of our self-organized trips down to the last detail
• competent telephone advice for guests and active sales of our trips
• Purchase and booking of hotels, flights and service providers
• safe use of our in-house booking system Tourmingo
• Processing of bookings (from the preparation of offers and invoicing to the preparation of travel documents and processing guest feedback)
• Preparation of offers and calculation of catalog tours, special groups, etc.
• Contact person for our tour guides in the destinations
• Quality management

What do you bring with you?

• completed training or studies in the tourism or commercial sector (with customer contact)
• Experience of working for a tour operator is desirable
• a service and customer-oriented way of thinking and working
• an independent and committed way of working
• Team spirit and enjoy working with people
• good knowledge of English, other foreign languages an advantage
• Organizational talent and ability to work under pressure
