Do you want to help shape our success story? As AI Manager (m/f/x) , you will be the key figure for planning, managing and developing AI topics within our company. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning, operational management as well as sales and marketing tasks. You will drive innovation and coordinate the team's activities. You will ensure that the team goals are achieved and that the team is expanded in line with increasing demand. As AI Manager (m/f/x), you will take on an active role as a technical sparring partner for customers and internal stakeholders. Together with our growing ORBIS team, you will develop tailor-made and individual solutions and, thanks to your in-depth knowledge of modern AI technology (e.g. LLMs, MLOps, generative AI, prompt engineering), you will be able to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way. Your goal is not only to coordinate AI initiatives, but also to help shape their content.

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in managing projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Experience in managing and leading a team
• Proven experience in the development and implementation of AI solutions in productive environments
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI-specific services
• Experience in working with data scientists, ML engineers and software developers
• Ability to analyze and professionally implement complex requirements
• Ability to make technical concepts understandable for non-technical stakeholders
• Innovation orientation and willingness to change
