Your mission

With our digital service bike leasing and benefits service, we offer employers, companies and employees a sustainable concept that really works in everyday life. As an Inside Sales Manager (gn), you will play a decisive role in the growth of Bikeleasing Austria: you will actively contact interested parties, process leads, qualify enquiries and set appointments for our sales team. You will work closely with Customer Success and Sales to ensure that potential customers get the best possible first impression of us. • Through active inbound and outbound telephony, you will proactively approach interested parties and generate enthusiasm for our offering
• You will qualify leads in a structured manner, follow up on them and develop concrete opportunities from them
• For our sales team, you will set appointments, prepare customer meetings and ensure a smooth handover
• You will work closely with our customer success and sales teams, keeping everyone involved informed about current developments and market trends
• You will identify cross-selling potential – especially with Probonio – at an early stage and exploit it in a targeted manner

• Telephony is your thing: you enjoy actively approaching people and impress with your positive, clear communication skills
• You are characterised by structure, organisation and good self-management
• You learn new things quickly, because even as a career changer, you enjoy familiarising yourself with new tasks and developing your skills
• You work reliably in a dynamic environment, are independent and solution-oriented
• Teamwork is a matter of course for you: you actively seek exchange and communicate transparently
