For our location in Ortenberg, we are looking for a full-time position as soon as possible

Your tasks:

• First- and second-level support for staff experiencing hardware and software issues
• Support with network, server and user administration
• Maintenance of IT workstations and ensuring smooth IT operations
• Documentation of IT processes and system environments
• In-house consulting for the ERP system, including maintenance, stabilisation, optimisation and further development
• Contributing to IT security concepts and cross-departmental IT and digitalisation projects

Your qualifications:

• Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT Specialist EFZ, IT Technician or equivalent)
• Solid basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks and Microsoft environments
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally with proALPHA
• Understanding of business processes (purchasing, production, sales, warehousing, etc.)
• Analytical, solution-oriented and independent approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with various departments
• Good written and spoken German and English
