To support and strengthen our team in IT and processes, we are looking for a permanent, full-time position in Osnabrück starting as soon as possible .

KI-Manager*in (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and ethical requirements (e.g. EU AI Regulation, GDPR)
• Development and implementation of the AI ​​strategy in line with the foundation's objectives
• Identification, evaluation and prioritization of AI use cases in the specialist departments
• Management and support of AI projects – from the idea to roll-out
• Selection, implementation and support of suitable tools, platforms and technologies
• Monitoring and evaluation of new AI developments (efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness)
• Building knowledge and skills within the foundation through workshops and internal training

Profile

• Successfully completed studies, preferably in business informatics/computer science/economics with IT relevance or a comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of AI and machine learning
• Familiarity with legal frameworks (GDPR, AI legislation, compliance)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and to efficiently design and communicate them clearly using AI-supported methods
• High strategic competence and innovative spirit
• Experience with agile project management methods is an advantage
• Professionally independent, structured and result-oriented working method with a focus on user needs
