Job description
- You will process accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank accounting with a high degree of accuracy and ensure that payment transactions run smoothly
- You will provide support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, quarterly and annual financial statements, you contribute to the success of the team and to reliable documentation
- You prepare provisions and accruals precisely so that important financial transactions remain clearly traceable
- You apply your analytical skills in the preparation of statistics and analyses
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the field of financial accounting will help you to master challenges with confidence
- Good knowledge of working with an ERP system and the MS Office package will help you, processes efficiently
- You have a good command of written and spoken German, so that written communication is no obstacle
- You have strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
