Job description
- As a competent support for the local specialists, you will take on important tasks in inpatient facilities such as kindergartens, daycare centres, after-school care centres, children's and youth homes, depending on your area of work and personal focus, day-care centres, day-care centres for children and young people, workshops for the disabled or care homes
- You ensure a regular daily routine with your presence and accompany your protégés holistically through the challenges of their everyday lives
- Through creative ideas, you encourage meaningful leisure activities and develop activities to combat boredom
- Depending on the area of work, you will be available for counselling sessions and provide support with individual concerns
- You will work in a structured manner on organisational and administrative tasks and remain in close contact with specialist staff, parents, guardians and other people, institutions and organisations involved
Requirements
- You have completed training as a social assistant (m/f/d), socio-educational assistant (m/f/d), child carer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- with a solid foundation of knowledge and a great passion for educational and supportive work, you have the ideal basis
- a strong sense of responsibility and danger characterises your actions and you accompany your protégés safely and reliably
- with strong communication skills and empathy, you adapt to individual needs and inspire the people you work with, with whom you work
- you are looking for a community in which stability, appreciation and cooperation are lived at eye level and in which you are not only needed, but also encouraged
- with empathy and clear communication you round off your profile
