Your tasks

• Handling purchasing processes for raw materials, components and services
• Request for quotations, price and condition negotiations and supplier management
• Maintenance of article and supplier master data in the ERP system
• Incoming invoice verification and deadline monitoring
• Collaboration in the processing of customs formalities (ATLAS, preferences, export control)
• Creation of proofs of origin and export documents
• Support with dispatch processing and transport organization
• Participation in process optimization in the area of purchasing & supply chain

Your profile

• Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, freight forwarding clerk) or comparable qualification
• First relevant professional experience, ideally in a technical environment
• Basic knowledge of customs is an advantage - training possible
• Confident in using MS Office; ERP experience (ABAS) an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English
