Your tasks

• Create, send and actively follow up on offers
• Order management : creation and dispatch of order forms, deadline monitoring, internal delivery date clarification
• Invoicing & processes : Invoices, credit notes, down payments; check content of dunning run; monthly incoming order report
• Customer service : proactive status updates incl. tracking links; telephone & written support in day-to-day business
• Master data & certificates : New customer creation, master data maintenance; customer/supplier questionnaires & certificates
• Interface work : close cooperation with design, purchasing, production, logistics and accounting

Your profile

• Commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk) or comparable
• Experience in the internal sales department of an industrial company is an advantage
• Confident with MS Office; ERP routine (ideally ABAS) desirable
• Very good knowledge of German, service-oriented communication; English an advantage
• Structured, precise way of working and enjoy binding coordination
