WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Drive advanced technologies in the field of electronic materials
• Be the key contact for innovation and technology players in advanced market fields like IC/Semiconductors/Automotive/Networks and Industry
• Lead discussions of new technology ideas from start to mass production, be involved in the development steps of future advanced materials in IC/Semiconductor market
• Develop your individual strategy by region, market and/or application to reach the aligned goals
• Define, execute and monitor strategic target accounts incl. demand analysis and midterm target setting
• Maintain and increase existing technology and future project pipelines with customers/partners to the next level
• Identify technological trends within your area of responsibility, consolidate requirements and drive/initiate new material developments
• Coordinate projects with global R&D teams, factories and sales, be involved in various steps to bring new technologies to market
• Be part of a new organizational set-up, grow with the group, bring in your ideas to develop the organization and yourself

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification
• 5-10 years of working experience in advanced electronic market fields
• Advanced electronics, materials or chemical science background is beneficial to bridge the technology discussions between internal and external R&D centers with the influence of new chemical material formulations
• High level of technical understanding in the relevant electronic materials area and an active mindset to develop business potential
• In-depth experience in analyzing product, customer and market demands in the relevant electronic material fields
• Independent working style, analytical and strategic thinking
• Communication skills across all levels of the company, customer and team orientation
• Fluency in German and English
