Lead the specialist group as well as staff qualification with a range of approximately 40-80 staff.

Main tasks:

• Ensuring the functionality of the assembly Line incl. the required compliance with costs, deadlines of productivity and quality
• Technical and disciplinary management of a foreman area
• Providing the necessary personnel
• Initiate optimisation of existing processes
• Contributing to design-to-cost measures on series products in cooperation with the development department
• Ensuring the introduction of new products into the production process
• Carry out and implement CIP measures
• Ensure compliance with the 5S theme (organisation, order, cleanliness, standardisation, discipline).

• Completed vocational training as a toolmaker or industrial mechanic
• Further training as industrial foreman for metal or technician for mechanical engineering
• Experience in managing employees
• Soft skills in the area of employee management and development
• Ability to work in a team, willingness to perform, basic commercial knowledge
• SAP, Excel, Office, Word, Power Point
• Good language skills in German and English
