Sicherheitsmitarbeiter / Doorman / Loss Prevention Officer (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit (38,5 Std. pro Woche).

Deine Aufgaben:

• Sichtbare, freundliche und zugängliche Präsenz an unseren Eingangstüren, um Kunden, Mitarbeitende und Waren zu schützen
• Verhinderung von Verlusten auf der Verkaufsfläche
• Gewährleistung der Sicherheit unserer Produkte in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Store-Team
• Herbeiführung effektiver Konfliktlösungen

Dein Profil:

• Hohe Eigenmotivation und Belastbarkeit sowie eine hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• In herausfordernden Situationen die Fähigkeit, ruhig und professionell zu agieren
• Erfahrungen in einer kundenorientierten Rolle, Sicherheitsrolle, im Sicherheitsdienst, Security oder Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit hilfreich, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
• Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen
