Your Job
- Lead and manage the process for corporate and project financing transactions
- Lead and manage national and international M&A transactions
- Plan and coordinate capital market measures and further fundraising processes including source identification
- Execute and manage trade finance instruments (letter of credits, bank guarantees)
- Execute and manage FX- and interest derivative instruments or other financial/treasury related instruments
- Business partner for value creating tasks and measures (prepare business plans or contribution to continuous improvement)
- Monitor market trends, regulations, financials and activities (research) including execution of benchmarking assessment
- Prepare high-quality decision papers and presentations for the management
- Collaborate in corporate projects and lead cross-functional teams
Your Skills
- Education and/or academic degree in a discipline such as Economics, Business Administration, Finance
- Relevant experience with M&A transactions, project and/or corporate finance and further financial instruments (letter of credits, derivate instruments)
- Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities: high affinity for numbers and interest in quantitative questions on corporate planning, evaluation and analysis
- Strong interest in business and technical understanding: ability and strong drive to constructively and proactively challenge and optimize instruments and procedures
