Your Responsibilities
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring machines and production systems
- Ensuring smooth production processes
- Carrying out quality checks during ongoing production
- Troubleshooting minor issues and assisting with maintenance and repair work
- Documenting production data
Your Profile
- Completed training as a machine and plant operator or several years of professional experience working with production machinery; initial experience in production is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and a strong sense of responsibility
- Independent, careful working style with technical and manual skills
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system (no night shifts)
- Valid driver’s license (Class B) required
