General Liability Practice
Workers’ Compensation Practice
Our growing defense firm is seeking two motivated Associate Attorneys to join our team — one for our General Liability practice and one for our Workers’ Compensation practice. These positions offer an excellent opportunity to work on complex cases, develop litigation skills, and take on responsibility early in your career.
Qualifications for both practices include:Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active bar admissions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. New York admission is a plus!
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Professional demeanor and a commitment to high-quality legal work
Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Conducting depositions of claimants, medical experts, and fact witnesses
Preparing clients and witnesses for hearings and trials
Managing a caseload independently and efficiently, from inception through resolution
Engaging in consistent communication with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel
Ensuring timely compliance with all procedural deadlines
