About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and possess substantial jury trial experience. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining a collaborative in-office presence twice per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Prepare for and lead jury trials from inception through verdict
• Negotiate settlements and manage client expectations throughout litigation
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management
• Ensure compliance with state and local legal standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey (required)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Proven track record of successful jury trial outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation
