Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Regional Operations Support Manager 2 / Environment Services Manager to join our team of professionals in the MidAtlantic Region. Travel is 90% throughout the MidAtlantic Region. Expected travel areas are Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia , DC, Pennsylvania, and Delaware . Typical schedule is 10 days on with 4 days off. The ideal candidate will reside in this market with easy access to a major airport and must have a valid driver's license.

This is a temporary role, expected to last up to 18 months. Travel Requirements: Approximately 90% travel throughout the East Coast (VA, DC, MD, DE, PA). S chedule: Overnight travel: 10 days on / 4 days off; Local travel: 5 days on / 2 days off. Expenses: Mileage and hotel accommodations reimbursed.

• Provide hands-on operational support across multiple sites, ensuring high standards in housekeeping and laundry services .
• Manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations , seamlessly transitioning between resident-facing and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with clients and residents daily to maintain service excellence and satisfaction.
• Drive compliance, quality assurance, and process improvements across assigned locations.
