Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a HR Clerk for a contract opportunity in Philadelphia, PA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Basic knowledge of HR compliance requirements regarding employee records.
Ability to proficiently use Excel for administrative task including data filter.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with handling confidential information and maintaining data privacy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency with spreadsheets (excel) for tracking.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accreditd High School Diploma or or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

WORK HOURS:
9/80

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
