What you can expect:
- Implementation and further development of complex data analyses, including predictive models, to support controlling and corporate management
- Translation of business requirements from different departments into scalable data models and BI applications
- Development and maintenance of dashboards and reports in modern BI tools (e.g. Strategy, Power BI, Tableau)
- Ensuring data quality and continuous optimization of data flows and models
- Close collaboration with IT, finance and other departments to leverage data-driven solutions
- Participation in the further development of the company's data and analytics strategy
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business informatics, data science, statistics, business administration or a comparable degree
- Relevant experience in data analytics, ideally in a controlling environment
- Very good knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Strategy, Power BI, Tableau) as well as SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
- Solid understanding of financial and controlling processes
- Experience in predictive analytics and machine learning is an advantage
- Analytical and conceptual strength combined with strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
