As of 01.05.2026 , we are looking for you as Head of Nursing (m/f/d) full-time (38.5 h / week) for our Helios Vogtland-Klinikum at the Plauen site

• Management and further development of the ward managers of a cluster of wards and functional areas
• Contact person for ward managers, chief physicians, nurses, patients and relatives
• Promotion of the professional and personal development of employees
• Ensuring a contemporary, professional and appropriate quality of care
• Collaboration in projects, quality assurance and implementation of corporate goals as part of the nursing service management
• Assumption of further administrative tasks on behalf of the nursing director

• Completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience
• Leadership experience and, ideally, further training to become a manager in healthcare facilities or willingness to undergo further training in a timely manner
• Very high level of professional and social competence
• Goal-oriented and cooperative leadership style
• Resilience and clear overview in critical situations
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
