To strengthen our team at the Helios Vogtland Clinic in Plauen, we are looking for you from 01.01.2026 as Ward Manager Intensive Care Unit (m/f/d)

• ü & : You will lead your team, provide clear orientation and promote the professional development of your employees.
• & ö: You support your employees with targeted feedback and specific development measures.
• & : You work closely with patients, employees and the nursing management to continuously develop and optimize your ward.
• & -ü: You plan, design and carry out the nursing processes taking into account clinic-specific requirements and current nursing standards.
• & : You will draw up duty rosters, organize shift times and be responsible for the scheduling of your team.
• : You will act as the central point of contact for the medical service and other professional groups to ensure interdisciplinary cooperation.

• : Successfully completed training in healthcare and nursing.
• : You have sound experience in the inpatient area, ideally in an intensive care unit.
• (): Completed further training to manage a ward or willingness to complete.
• (): Completed specialist further training in intensive care or willingness to complete.
• ü: You live a goal-oriented, cooperative management style and have strong social skills.
• - & ä: You are characterized by strong communication skills and cooperative teamwork.
