Customer Service / Telephone Operator (m/f/d)

Specialized company in the field of civil engineering, concrete construction, electrical engineering and communications engineering is looking for a new team member to start immediately at the location in Poggersdorf .

Activities

Your tasks:

• Arranging customer appointments for fiber optic activations by telephone
• Documentation and entry of appointments in the customer database
• After implementation: Entry of the work into various IT systems

Requirements

• Enjoy making phone calls and interacting with people
• Friendly and polite demeanor
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willingness to enroll in further programs
