HSE / Quality Manager (m/f/d) – Focus on Waste Management & Construction KG

Specialized company in the field of civil engineering, concrete construction, electrical and telecommunications engineering is looking for a new team member to join immediately for the Poggersdorf location.

Activities

In this position take over a central HSE and quality function in a growing infrastructure company.
They actively shape quality processes, construction site safety and legally compliant waste management, and act as an interface between construction sites, construction management and management.

Your tasks:

• Participation in quality management and further development of existing QM processes
• Organization and execution of internal audits as well as support for external audits
• Central interface function between construction sites, construction management and management
• Support with sustainability reporting
• Assumption of the function of waste management officer according to the Waste Management Act (AWG) (including monitoring and documentation of waste streams)
• Responsibility for compliance with and further development of legal and internal requirements in waste management
• Coordination of construction-related topics (workforce coordination on construction sites according to the Construction Coordination Act)
• Training and awareness-raising of employees in the areas of HSE, waste management, construction and quality
• Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation, reports and risk assessments

Requirements

• Completed technical or environmental training (HTL, FH, TU or similar)
• Several years of experience in a construction, limited partnership, HSE or comparable coordination role
• Ideally, professional experience in environmental management, quality management, construction or HSE.
• Sound knowledge of relevant laws and standards (AWG, BauKG, ASchG)
• Independent, structured work style and a high sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written

The collectively agreed minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement for the construction industry for employees (VG A3, level 4) is based on full-time employment. € 3.835 per month, with the willingness to overpay, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
