What your profile looks like

• Successfully completed technical or commercial degree or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in training in an industrial environment
• Experience in developing and implementing training concepts and global training standards
• Knowledge of setting up and managing international training structures or trainer pools
• Experience in creating technical training and application documentation for international locations
• Knowledge of e-learning, digital learning platforms, or blended learning concepts
• Organizational skills and experience in project management

These are your tasks

• Coordination of the training centers of the REMA TIP TOP AG Group
• Establishment and further development of an international pool of trainers
• Development, implementation, and refinement of global training standards
• Responsibility for the global training catalog
• Creation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of technical training and application documentation
• Coordination with Human Resources to determine training needs and training documentation
• Design, development, and operation of online training courses
• Participation in the planning, organization, and implementation of trade fairs and specialist events
