What your profile looks like

• Technical training with further training as a technician, master craftsman, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in quality assurance and working with testing machines
• Knowledge of rubber processing
• Good computer and laboratory software skills
• Analytical, independent working style and physical resilience
• Good knowledge of German

These are your tasks

• Coordination and monitoring of processes in the physics laboratory, mixing laboratory, and during application tests
• Conducting approval tests across materials, orders, and locations, including sample preparation and operation of testing machines
• Decision on the release and blocking of polymers, mixtures, and semi-finished products
• Preparation of test certificates in accordance with EN 10204 as well as quality reports, evaluations, and documentation of test results
• Consulting on test results and support for related areas in quality issues concerning rubber compounds and semi-finished products
• Processing quality deviations and implementing and monitoring measures in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Further development of testing methods and release specifications, as well as production of test mixtures in collaboration with the development department and ensuring the operational readiness of laboratory and mixing machines.
