​Department​

Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas is seeking highly skilled, motivated and experienced Food and Beverage (Bars) Attendants to join our Café & Bar Team. We're looking for someone who is ready to go beyond in everything they do and create memorable experiences for our guests.​

​

Responsibilities include but not limited to:​

• Create memorable experiences for all guests whilst in our café and bar outlets around the resort​
• Assist all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations​
• Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery​
• Use of POS system​
• Ensure all service areas are immaculate​
• Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling​
• Must have previous experience in 5 star Buffet/A la Carte Restaurants​
• All applicants must have full working rights to work in Australia and have previous experience in the role or similar.​

To be successful in these positions you will need to possess the following minimum requirements:​

• Bartender/Bar Attendant experience within a 5* or high-end environment​
• The ability to make complex cocktails and a strong knowledge of beverage options including spirits and wines​
• Able to work a 7 day a week rotating roster​
• Previous experience essential​
• Immaculate grooming standards​
• Strong communication skills & attention to detail​
• Able to make good decisions​
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Attainment​
