Beachcomber Catering is looking for passionate and reliable cook to join their business unit.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meal according to inflight and inland catering menu specification
- Ensure food quality, taste and presentation meets the company's and client standard
- Work efficiently to meet tight production deadlines for flight schedules
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staffs and follow instructions from Chef/s
Profile:
- Experience in a similar catering or food service role is preferred
- Basic food hygiene knowledge
- Ability to work efficienlty in a busy kitchen environment
- Good communication and customer skills
- Willingness to work flexble hours
