Job Brief
Exciting opportunity to work on Ile aux Aigrettes if you live in the Grand Port Area
Gain a unique experience in conservation and ecotourism.

Main Responsibilities
Conduct Eco Tours:
- Lead guided Island tours as per defined standard procedures.
- Educate guests about the importance of conservation and sustainable practices.
Safety:
- Ensure the well-being and safety of visitors during the tour.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Customer Interaction:
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer questions and provide additional information to enhance the guest experience.
Maintenance and Inspections:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.
- Report any issues promptly and ensure all equipment is in working order.
Requirements
- Minimum of School Certificate (SC) or proven experience in a similar field.
- Residing in Grand Port Savanne District will be preferred.
- A car and/or Motorbike licence will be an advantage.
- Conversant in French and English.
- Consistently courteous, approachable, and friendly personality.
- Be physically fit and willing to work in an often hot and wet environment.
- Be passionate about the protection of the environment.
- Be a quick learner.
- Be flexible with working at odd hours when required.

Pointe Jerome Booking Desk, Ile aux Aigrettes.
