Responsibilities :

• Daily cleaning of equipment and material and kitchen facilities
• Assist the chef with the requisitions and storage of kitchen goods
• Assist the kitchen team with the preparation of basic raw material
• Clean machinery and fridges following the HACCP regulations
• Control the good functioning of the kitchen equipment and report

Requirements:

• 1-3 years work experience
• Excellent knowledge FR/ANG
• Patient, organized, and flexible

Swiss Nationality, valid permit or European Nationality CE/AELE
