GROUP MANAGER CLEANING SERVICES (W/M/D)

As a technology leader in the field of neurosurgical implants, we develop and manufacture highly specialized solutions for the drainage of cerebrospinal fluid - with precision, innovative strength and responsibility for our patients suffering from hydrocephalus. Our building cleaning service is also committed to this mission, as it plays an important role in ensuring compliance with the high quality requirements for the manufacture of our medical products. Are you interested in a varied range of tasks in maintenance cleaning and value preservation for more than 5,000 square meters of floor space (from offices to production areas in workshops and clean rooms)? • You plan and organize all operational cleaning processes and assign tasks and working hours.
• You keep track of all cleaning processes and ensure that all internal and external quality requirements are met.
• You are responsible for quality control and dealing with defects.
• You manage the requirements for cleaning supplies and consumables (including order approval and invoice verification).
• You support the cleaning team in maintenance, basic, and special cleaning.
• You are the first point of contact for stakeholders in the company (e.g., hygiene management).
• You will create service specifications for all company locations (Berlin and Potsdam).
• You will provide instruction on the use of cleaning machines and cleaning schedules and communicate safety-related requirements (operating instructions, hazardous substance training).

• Completed training as a cleaning technician
• Several years of professional experience in building cleaning
• Initial experience as a foreman in building cleaning
• Good understanding of all cleaning applications (machine cleaning, special cleaning)
• Experience in planning and prioritizing tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills paired with a solution-oriented and forward-thinking mindset
• Ideally, a driver's license
