As a technology leader in the field of neurosurgical implants, we develop and manufacture highly specialized solutions for the drainage of cerebrospinal fluid - with precision, innovative strength and responsibility for our patients suffering from hydrocephalus. • You will lead the marketing team both professionally and disciplinarily and be responsible for strategic and operational personnel development.
• You will be responsible for the (further) development of a strong corporate brand both internally and externally, while always keeping legal compliance in mind. The focus will be on corporate design, corporate communications, CSR, and corporate culture.
• Together with your team, you are our face—whether within the company, in public, or in cooperation with our regional and global partners.
• You act as an interface to our sales partner B. Braun and its country organizations in all brand-related matters.
• You are responsible for the (further) development, evaluation, and development of measures for all relevant key figures in the department.

• Completed degree, ideally with a focus on marketing or communication, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in marketing and project management
• Experience in team leadership and team development
• Creative and visionary understanding of brands
• Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset, coupled with the ability to find pragmatic solutions
• Strong moderation and presentation skills
• Business fluent in German and English
