We are MIETHKE, a globally active, medium-sized medical technology company based in Potsdam. As a technology leader in the field of neurosurgical implants, we develop and manufacture highly specialized solutions for the drainage of cerebrospinal fluid - with precision, innovative strength and responsibility for our patients suffering from hydrocephalus. Our particularly high level of vertical integration is a key success factor.
As part of our Clinical Scientific Affairs team, you will help implement our post-market surveillance processes.
We are looking for a committed individual who, with analytical acumen and structured thinking, will support the production of medical devices in an open and friendly team, working largely independently and autonomously, with the aim of improving the quality of life of hydrocephalus patients worldwide.
And: diversity, appreciation and tolerance are part of our culture - we would be delighted if this also corresponds to your core values.
YOUR TASKS
- You will work on implementing the post-market surveillance process and improving and maintaining CSA processes.
- You will process non-conformities and evaluate NC/CAPA and complaint data (e.g. trends, frequencies, cause clusters).
- You will create diagrams and presentations for reviews and management meetings.
- You will conduct literature research and assist in the conception of scientific texts as well as in the planning and implementation of clinical evaluations.
YOUR PROFILE
- Enrolled student at a college or university, preferably in a science, engineering or medical-related degree programme
- A conscientious and precise approach to work
- Independence and good communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German and English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
OUR OFFER
- A working environment in an innovative, medium-sized company with over 250 employees and interesting and varied tasks
- Trust-based working hours and a workplace where we can be ourselves
- A part-time position (20 hours per week)
- A fixed-term contract initially limited to one year
- Sports activities and team events, as well as coffee specialities, tea and water available at all times, and much more
