To support our team, we are looking for a committed individual for the position of a student in Product Management. The position is part-time, based in Berlin/Potsdam, and offers the option of hybrid working.

As a Working Student in Product and Project Management for collaborative projects , you will play a vital role in supporting our team in various tasks related to product development, strategy, and communication. Your responsibilities will include:

As a Working Student in Product and Project Management for collaborative projects , you will play a vital role in supporting our team in various tasks related to product development, strategy, and communication. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with the team to define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with the goals and objectives of the company.

Conducting comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.

Assisting in planning, conducting, and analyzing user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify actionable and valuable initiatives that contribute to product success.

Supporting in the maintenance and optimization of product management tools and platforms.
- Assisting in communicating product updates, milestones, and achievements to internal stakeholders and the broader organization.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Medical Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, International Management, or a related field.

Knowledge of Product Management concepts, ideally gained through academic coursework, projects, or internships.

Familiarity with Agile Software Development principles and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar agile frameworks, with initial hands-on experience from project-based environments is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, and an interest in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Passion for technology, innovation, science, and product development.
- Knowledge of German language is a plus
