- Recording, analyzing and prioritizing technical requirements together with the specialist departments
- Creation of business and IT concepts (business blueprint, solution design) with a focus on SAP S/4HANA
- Advising stakeholders on best practices in finance and controlling
- Management of SAP projects in agile and process-oriented teams
- Management of all project phases, taking into account economic, organizational, technical and regulatory framework conditions
- Coordination and management of external implementation partners and internal resources
- Accompanying the technical implementation in cooperation with external software partners
- Ensuring integration into existing ERP landscapes
- Active co-design and further development of the SAP S/4HANA system architecture in finance
- Responsibility for the stable operation of the SAP system landscape (support level 1-3)
- Analysis and elimination of system errors and continuous optimization of processes
- Interface function between IT and business to ensure efficient support
- Creation of comprehensive project documentation and system documentation
- Conception and implementation of training courses for key users and specialist departments
- Supporting the specialist departments with test definition and process validation
- Contribution margin accounting / Margin analysis (CO-PA)
- Investment controlling (CO)
- Product cost accounting (CO-PC)
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or business informatics and at least ten years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven SAP expertise with in-depth knowledge of configuration (customizing) as well as optimization and maintenance of the FI/CO or PS modules.
- High affinity for operational system work including the ability to analyze code and the routine use of debugging tools.
- Sound understanding of financial business processes, ideally supplemented by initial practical experience with S/4HANA Finance.
- Strong service orientation, targeted problem-solving skills and a high level of communication skills.
- Business fluent in German and English.
