Your profile
- Completed training: a completed vocational/master craftsman training/technician
- several years of experience in the areas of sheet metal processing and production of welding groups
- leadership qualities and coordination skills
- Microsoft Office -Knowledge
- willingness to perform, ability to work in a team and assertiveness
- Good knowledge of German spoken and written
Your tasks
- professional and disciplinary management the production employees
- monitoring and optimization the workflows in production
- planning, coordination and control timely and high-quality order processing
- Tour Operators with and motivation of Employees with clear objectives
- ensuring occupational safety and compliance with all relevant regulations
- Administrative Activities in daily business
