Job description
- You will carry out basic and treatment care professionally and sensitively
- You will work in a structured and responsible manner when planning and documenting care measures
- In everyday life, you will support our residents in need of care:
- as a trustworthy contact person, you communicate with residents and relatives in an appreciative manner
- you reliably ensure compliance with quality standards in care
- you independently and individually organise your workflows in the care process
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a registered geriatric nurse (m/f/d), registered nurse (m/f/d), registered nurse (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- You are characterised by a pleasant and friendly manner
- With residents, residents, relatives and staff in a reliable and respectful manner
- Flexibility, empathy and enjoyment of your work characterise your working style
