• Completed commercial training in the industrial sector with appropriate additional qualification as a business administrator/business economist or a university degree in industrial engineering
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems desirable
• Good English knowledge
• Vocational training as a forwarding agent or industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• Independent, team-oriented and structured way of working

• Responsibility for inventory management and ensuring the timely procurement of serial requirements including deadline tracking
• Central interface to the internal customer for all delivery-related questions in the procurement of materials
• Determination of inventory levels to ensure the assembly process at the site
• Early detection of challenges and potential bottlenecks and appropriate response through a proactive approach
• Preparation of shop floor meetings (escalation of missing parts)
• Monitoring and maintenance of dispatch master data in the ERP system
• Independent supplier escalations (requirements, forecast, delivery times, prioritization)
