Within our Pulp, Paper & Fibre Industry unit, we are searching for an experienced Delivery Manager to take over a long-standing customer portfolio and lead it into its next phase of growth.

As a Delivery Manager, you navigate a diverse portfolio of deliveries, covering continuous services, projects, and subcontracted work. You ensure that our customers experience Tieto as a predictable, proactive, and value-adding partner.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Full accountability for scope, quality, cost, and timelines across all deliveries

• Managing complex delivery ecosystems with internal teams and external subcontractors

• Acting as the primary delivery interface for customers and senior stakeholders

• Ensuring compliance with Tieto delivery governance and quality frameworks

• Securing internal delivery commitments across the organization

• Supporting pre-sales activities and reviewing commercial proposals

• Identifying new business opportunities within ongoing engagements

• Coaching project managers and service owners in your portfolio

Your profile

• You combine delivery discipline with strong customer orientation.

• You bring: 10+ years of experience in Delivery/Program/Project Management in an international environment

• Proven ability to manage long-term customer relationships and continuous services

• Knowledge of industrial IT, ERP/MES, or enterprise software environments

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

• Good financial understanding (profitability, cost control)

• Excellent German and English communication skills
