Manager Controlling and Finance (m/w/d)

• Prospective takeover of management of the local finance department
• Prepare financial reports and documents for various stakeholders (including management, internal users and external stakeholders) that are accurate and timely
• Create and monitor budgets and forecast reports with BI tool
• Identify trends in the business and make recommendations for increased profitability
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies to increase margins
• Conduct data analysis for decision making
• Continuous improvement of processes, controls and reporting
• Continuous standardizing and optimizing management reporting
• Analyze effective business performance analysis across the country/multiple entities
• Independent planning, coordination and monitoring of internal and external projects
• Independent research, analysis and preparation of data, facts and reports for decision-making
• You are co-responsible for embedding sustainability into the broader business scope. This includes translating our sustainability goals into concrete operational targets and action plans and lead the execution thereof.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of accounting and controlling working experience within a multinational company
• Management experience
• Advanced data analytical skills using current spreadsheet or business intelligence tools
• Experience in leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making
• Experience in working with multiple businesses or international businesses
• Eloquent verbal and written expression in German and English
• Responsible, proactive, forward-looking, structured and accurate way of working
• Mastery of MS Office, knowledge of SAP and Excel Power Query/Pivot is an advantage
