We have approximately 800 dedicated employees working in our offices across Europe including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, and the UK, who operate local and international sales and marketing activities.
E-Commerce Commercial Specialist (m/f/d)
In order to further strengthen our European Team, we are looking at the earliest possible date for an eCommerce Commercial Specialist (m/f/d) to support the commercial development of defined European accounts, with a primary focus on Amazon as well as selected European mass-market channels such as Lidl. You will work cross-functionally and internationally to ensure consistent execution, strong performance, and sustainable growth.
- Responsibility for the commercial development and coordination of defined European mass market accounts and acting as the central point of contact for commercial topics.
- Support commercial negotiations, pricing, and promotional planning in close alignment with the Amazon Advertising team and relevant business units.
- Management of product listings and coordination of new product setups across accounts.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Order Desk, Branches, Accounting, and Logistics to ensure efficient processes and consistent execution
- Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of commercial and sales performance, including identification of risks, opportunities, and issue resolution
- Coordination of end-to-end execution for strategic retail projects, from offer phase to implementation, including packaging coordination, delivery alignment, and complaint handling
- Ensuring compliance with country-specific product regulations and requirements, in coordination with Japan and Strategy Management
- Several years of experience in Key Account, Marketplace, or International Sales Management, ideally with Amazon/or European mass-market channels
- Proven track record managing pan-European Amazon accounts
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a hands-on mindset
- Experience with international retail partners (e.g., Lidl or similar) is a strong plus
- Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional coordination skills
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
- Clear and professional communicator, able to represent Yamaha in discussions with external partners
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Degree in Business, Marketing, International Management, or a comparable field
