To strengthen the Digital Marketing capabilities across the Music Instruments business, with a strong focus on performance and long-term customer value we are looking for a temporary colleague (m/w/d) for the duration of parental leave:
Paid Advertising Specialist (m/f/d)
- limited until July 31st, 2027 -
In this role you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising activities in a cross-divisional role. This position works closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and platform partners to ensure effective media planning, campaign execution, and performance reporting across the European region.
- Set up, activate, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok in a cross-divisional environment
- Serve as a key contact point for external platform partners
- Plan campaign objectives, budgets, timelines, channel allocation, and account structures
- Analyze performance data on a daily basis to ensure spend efficiency and conduct deeper performance reviews to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Coordinate creative assets, messaging, keywords, and local market adaptations, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives
- Develop audience strategies, including retargeting and performance signals
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement ongoing optimizations to improve results and customer experience
- Communicate campaign performance, insights, successes, and challenges clearly to stakeholders, including recommendations for future strategies
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and post-campaign evaluations
- Track campaign spend and manage monthly invoicing processes
- Monitor market trends, platform developments, and competitor activity, applying relevant insights to campaign planning
- Proven experience in paid advertising or performance marketing across major digital platforms
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, performance analysis, and media planning
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional internal teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, with a fluency in English
