To strengthen our Pro Audio team we are looking for a temporary colleague (m/f/x) as:
SALES OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (M/F/X) PRO AUDIO DIVISION
- limited until April 30th, 2027 -
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Advanced Available‑to‑Promise (aATP) processes within SAP S/4HANA for Yamaha’s Professional Audio business in Europe. You will act as a central interface between Sales, Logistics, and the PSI (Planning, Sales & Inventory) team, ensuring reliable product availability for key customer projects and installations. This position combines system expertise, operational coordination, and analytical planning, offering broad exposure across Yamaha’s European ProAudio organization.
- Own and manage Advanced Available‑to‑Promise (aATP) processes in SAP S/4HANA for the European ProAudio business
- Coordinate and align product availability for key installation and project business, balancing customer requirements and supply constraints in collaboration with the Order Desk.
- Act as the central coordination point for availability across multiple European warehouses
- Support stock planning, allocation, and prioritization in close collaboration with the PSI (Planning, Sales & Inventory) team
- Analyze demand, supply, and inventory situations to support forecasting accuracy and service level optimization
- Provide availability scenarios and recommendations to Sales Management teams based on sales pipeline analysis (Salesforce).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of availability, ATP logic, and supply chain transparency within SAP S/4HANA
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Logistics and Business Planning in an international environment
- Has professional experience in supply chain management, ATP, demand planning, or sales & operations planning, ideally in an international B2B environment
- Has strong, hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably with Advanced Available‑to‑Promise (aATP)
- Understands warehouse networks, allocation logic, and stock prioritization in a multi‑country setup
- Has strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and is comfortable working with data and scenarios
- Demonstrates a structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Is a confident communicator and enjoys working cross‑functionally with Sales, Planning, and Logistic teams
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM) is an advantage.
- Has fluent English language skills; German is an advantage
